Rates shown online are indicative and may change without notice. The final value is determined at pickup after verified weighing or inspection, and confirmed before payment.

When using the service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and pickup details.
• Ensure the materials offered are legally yours to sell.
• Be available at the confirmed pickup time or reschedule in advance.

Payment is made through the applicable digital mechanism once the material value is confirmed. Payment timelines may vary based on the method and circumstances.

Kachra Seth is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
